Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Return Policy:

You must write for a return authorization number, no return without it.

We do not accept return or exchange for opened items. Unless the item is defective. Defective item must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.  Please note that return for exchange require complete unit in original packaging to be returned back to us before we can exchange.

Shipping & Handling fee is none refundable. Money back guarantee for foot braces and rings within 30 days from the date of the purchase. Other items are none refundable. Free items that were included with the devices are not free anymore if you return the foot braces or the rings.

You will not receive a refund if products are open, seem used, dirty, glued, or damaged in any way.

A 50% restocking fee will be applied on all returns.

Please get tracking and insurance on your return we are not responsible if lost in transit.

Refund can take up to 30 days.
